Tony Christopoulos, who is also a Board member of Tapin2, is a Co-Founder, and the President & Chief Technology Officer of Tapin2. Tony was the system architect and original developer for Cornerstone OnDemand's Cornerstone Suite, a web-based learning management system currently servicing over 13 million business users daily. Later he co-founded Leads360/Velocify as the CTO/Chief Architect and was responsible for all technology architecture, design and development. Tony holds a JD from USC Law School and a BA in Computer Science from Pomona College.


Ben Colandreo has been CFO for Tapin2 since February of 2016. His background includes risk arbitrage M&A with a focus on corporate governance at the internationally renowned hedge fund, Wyser-Pratte and later with Oldcastle BE. He has held business development and consulting positions with General Dynamics and MedAssets, focused on Biometrics SaaS, healthcare, environmental, and construction services. Prior to his public sector experience, he was a Marine AH-1W pilot and squadron commander who flew hundreds of combat missions in Desert Storm, Afghanistan, and Iraq. Ben has an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a BS from Towson University.


Jordan Syms brings over 12 years of strategic business leadership and digital media experience across numerous industries including technology, entertainment and aviation to Tapin2 as a Co-Founder and the Sales & Marketing Lead. Prior to starting Tapin2, Syms worked in management for Omnicom Media Group where he was instrumental in driving B2B and B2C customer acquisition as well as revenue growth of marquee digital properties, including TIBCO Software products, the WWE Network and HBO NOW mobile app. Jordan holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a master's degree in regional and international economic development from UCLA.


Karina Fedasz is a technology executive and a recent addition to the Tapin2 team as the Head of Strategy and Business Development. She was most recently the COO at ZON, Inc., a company specializing in solar-powered mobile device charging, where she helped drive sales and business development. She also served as CFO of Machinima, Inc. (now sold to Warner Bros Digital Inc.). Karina has assisted in driving technology companies from $1 million in revenue to over $50 million, and has led and integrated over $200 million in acquisitions in the technology and digital space. Her experience includes corporate strategy, capital fundraising, business development, and human resource and organizational dynamics. She is a William J. Heffernan Service Award recipient from Columbia Business School where she received her MBA.


John Klabius serves as the Vice-President of Operations & Customer Engagement for Tapin2. John brings 20+ years of entrepreneurial success having started and owned five companies across multiple businesses, including extensive experience in B2B and direct to consumer entities. Among John's exits were CADD Ventures, an AutoCAD outsourcing company as well as Voice Solutions, a company utilizing voice recognition technology for the State of California in addition to several verticals focused on streamlining operations.


Dustin Alpert is responsible for sales and business development activity across multiple channels. Leveraging his passion as one of the youngest college basketball coaches in NCAA Division I, he founded Stay Seated, which provided mobile commerce for sports venues. He is an entrepreneur and early innovator having started a college food and sundries delivery service, as well as opening his own restaurant. Dustin has also helped raise capital for other start-ups. He brings a wealth of knowledge combining his years of experience in sports and the food industry. Dustin is a graduate of University of Arizona, and was nominated as one of Forbes 30 under 30.


Lloyd Ruch serves as the Vice-President of Client Success for Tapin2. Lloyd brings over 12+ years of sales and marketing expertise and is a serial entrepreneur at heart. Lloyd has worked with start-ups to multi-million dollar global enterprises. Prior to joining the Tapin2 team, Lloyd managed multiple sales teams and founded 2by2marketing Solutions Inc., a boutique marketing firm based in Los Angeles. His passion for solving problems keeps him motivated and focused on what matters the most: the user experience and client success. Lloyd's specialties include both product development, and business development.

Board of Directors

Jeff Bocan was the original venture capital investor in Mophie and served on the board for a few years before being asked by Mophie's founders to join the Executive team full time in 2013 to help manage the company's rapid growth and global expansion. Jeff invested in Mophie when it had nearly $10 million in revenue in 2010 and worked with the team to help drive revenues to $250+ million in 2015, and the eventual sale of the company in early 2016 to a strategic acquirer, ZAGG (NASDAQ: ZAGG).

Brad Costello has been a key advisor to Tapin2 for the last year. He currently holds equity in a number of tech-related companies, and has previously been in senior executive positions at Pillsbury, PepsiCo, and Office Depot. Additionally, Brad held US-wide responsibilities as a Managing Director at FedEx. His experiences include M&A integration, general management, corporate strategy, organizational development and staff division leadership, as well as global brand implementation.


David Rone has a 25 year history as a seasoned media executive in sports and entertainment. He was most recently the president at Time Warner Cable Networks, managing their portfolio of sports, news and lifestyle content assets and networks across the country. David also held senior executive positions at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), Fox Sports Networks and the Walt Disney Company. He has a depth of expertise in brand building and executing joint ventures, partnerships, M&A transactions and investments that move businesses forward.


Michael H. Wargotz serves as a Director of Wyndham Worldwide, one of the world's largest hospitality companies; as a Director of CST Brands. Inc., one of the nation's largest convenience store companies; and, as a Director of Resources Connections, Inc., global provider of consulting services. Michael is the Chairman of Axcess Ventures, an affiliate of Axcess Worldwide, a 17-year old global, full service agency that specializes in building brands. Previous executive experience includes founder/chief financial officer of Milestone Aviation Group, executive positions at NetJets, Inc., as well as at Cendant and, its predecessor, HFS Incorporated.
